All State Police Equipment offers a "no hassle" return policy. If the item was purchased online, you may return it to us by mail* or at the store within 15 days of purchase.

All products must be in its original packaging, with your receipt and a Return Authorization Number.  Items must be in new and resalable condition.  After 7 days a restocking fee of 20% will be charged.  After 60 days, items may not be returned.  

All products that are being returned must have a Return Authorization Number.  Please call 1-909-596-2470 to obtain an RA number.

For safety reasons we do not accept returns on

  • Vest
  • Impact  and Rifle plates
  • Special orders
  • Closeouts
  • Personalized Items

Product Warranty / Guarantee

PRODUCTS UNDER MANUFACTURER WARRANTY SHOULD BE RETURNED TO THE MANUFACTURER AS PER THEIR INSTRUCTIONS.

If you believe your product is defective, please contact the manufacturer directly – as most manufacturers provide a factory direct warranty with their products.  All State Police Equipment is not authorized to diagnose a problem or determine if a product is under warranty.

Items not covered by the manufacturer's warranty may be returned (with proof of purchase) on an inspection basis only.

If you are requesting a refund, the refund will be issued in the same method of payment that was used to purchase the merchandise. If the item was a gift and the recipient is returning the item for a refund, only an “All State Police” STORE CREDIT will be issued.
